We Are a Global Team Making Change

At Haiti Now we work completely remotely with cloud-based tools and weekly virtual meetings. Volunteers are divided into teams based on their expertise. We have volunteers from every continent. Most teams have Project Managers and all projects are using Trello for collaboration and project management. Team members update their assigned cards weekly. We use Slack for communication and Google Workspace for cloud computing. Haiti Now is focused on measuring outcomes with careful data design and collection. The data we share on the website about the programs, the fundraising, and the workforce updates in real-time.

We are run by a community of volunteers, with over 1000 having contributed to Haiti Now over the years.
