The overall objective of this evaluation was to analyze the performance of the UNDEF funded project implemented by the Platforme des organisations haitennes des droits humains (POHDH), UDF-HAI-12-529 entitled: Strengthening Human Rights Protection Through Legal Education in Haiti (Éducation juridique à l’intention des acteurs de la chaine de protection des droits humains).
